My heart feels like i'm being taken for a ride
I don't know how to react
taking three steps forward
jumping over a cliff
freefalling to the earth
being caught up in a twister
only to be thrown toward a river
swimming to the end
catching my breath
only to have it stolen by
a perfect person who
tells me not to cry
only to laugh
as the next days go by.
